In this section, webinars can be added for the participants to view. They have to just click the action button and it will redirect them to the webinar medium.
In this section we can add a new webinar, once clicked the user will see a section at the bottom where a pop-up will ask for the webinar's name (any name), date and time (can specify at which time it starts) and a Youtube code. (There is a hint provided)
The youtube session code has to be pasted in the respective box. The below image shows which part of the youtube URL you have to copy and paste onto the platform. It is highlighted in red. When you go to the Youtube video, this will be in the matching format. The user has to add that code and not the whole URL.
Checking the modal notification box- This is for those participants that are registered for the hackathon and the organizer wants to send a modal reminder to them about this webinar. This will be shown on the registered participants' dashboard screen. In 3 hours or less to the webinar, there will be a pop-up modal of a countdown. A pop-up will appear for 3 hours after the webinar is over in order to remind them of the recent event. The same details of the webinar will be constantly active with a countdown will be shown in the digital dashboard as provided in the admin section webinar.
The organizer can add, edit and delete the webinars. It will be displayed at the bottom of the webinar listing section with all the details that have been entered.
Any new webinar that's added will be notified to the registered participants through the notification bell icon on their dashboard.
Note: Notifications will disappear after 12 hours of any updates being added on the Communication channel, webinar, or resources addition or update.
