This is user-triggered. When either a participant registers or submits an idea, the email that is required to be reached will be sent out automatically.
In both cases, our dialogue boxes appear, with the features that are ready for use, the first one is where the user can edit the texts. We have added the chain icon to add a link to the selected text. There are also superscripts and subscripts. Indentation has been added that will convert text from right to left and can be clicked again to reset it. There is the colour of the text and the bullet form options. The Quotation has been made available to highlight text to focus on. And the last feature is the coding median, it will enable the code editor, and users will be able to type embed codes. It will compile it and display the output at the bottom of the page. Users can paste a code, but it is recommended to type it in the coding block.

If the organizer has changed the default email in the dialogue box the below updated information in the green box will be displayed.
The below image displays the default e-mail with this content that's sent if it's not customised by the organizer. You can view this by clicking see default email preview.

This is the default email that will be sent to the participants who submit their idea. If the organizer wants to view this they have to click on see default email preview.
Suppose the organizers want to remove their customised email to the default H2S content, they have to delete the content and click update email.
Any new e-mail that's added will be notified to the registered participants through the notification bell icon on their dashboard.
Note: Notifications will disappear after 12 hours of any updates being added on the Communication channel, webinar, or resources addition or update.
Make sure to click update email to save the made changes.
