All Participant Details

Here you can view each individual's details that have been submitted. Again we have provided the ability to filter, copy and export it into excel or pdf format simply by clicking on the respective action buttons. All the data that's available in the table will be exported to the local device either using excel or in a pdf form.

The image column shows the image that you have uploaded for yourself on the portal, that can be changed at any given moment.

The name shows the name of the user at the registration time.

The emails show the stored emails on our platform.

Contact number, age, city, country and gender details will be stored and displayed. Organizations' details, Github and LinkedIn information are also collected at the time of registration. This data is compiled at the time of the registration period during the pre-defined question.

Customized questions for specific hackathons for each individual can be found in the 'edit team form question'. This will then in turn be revealed in this section after the LinkedIn column. These keep track of every individual's detail.

Email verified and mobile verified are boolean responses. If the email or mobile is correct and has been verified by H2s it will show as True, if not it will show as false.

The certificate column displays an automatically generated certificate once the user has completed their journey. This model is currently disabled and has been put on hold. We will reach out to you for further information.
