This page shows all the available information about your hackathon. It shows how many participants have registered, the number of ideas submitted and even the total count of your page visits.
The organizers can access this product guide by clicking on the question mark on the top right- hand side.
They will be able to reach the H2S support team by clicking on the below button.
The organizers can also choose to go full screen by clicking on the below button.
You can also directly go to the next subsection of the admin panel that is the team details section by clicking on the "view all teams" and to the action center by clicking on the "view idea's"
Teams, show the number of teams that have been registered, who have also chosen a problem statement when registering, and who have also submitted their ideas. This will also land on the participant team's dashboard.
Idea submission displays the count of ideas that have been submitted overall.
Total page visit keeps track of how many times your hackathon page has been viewed.
An exclusive interactive world map shows where the registrants are from. When using the cursor to hover over, it shows the number of registered participants from each country.
A detailed overview of your Hackathon quantitative is shown using great visuals that can be triggered by just gliding over them.
The submissions doughnut chart shows a count of ideas submitted, problem statements selected, videos, presentations, PDF's and Powerpoints submitted.
The Team members sunburnt chart indicates the total count of 1 member, 2 members, 3 members, 4 members and 5 members teams.
Team Profession Experience pie chart exhibits the breakdown of which profession is being participated.
The Registrations line chart reflects the daily count of registration on your hackathon webpage. The Y-axis (left) represents the count, while the X-axis(down) represents the date. You can hover over the chart points for each count for the day.
Use customized URLs or UTMs (Urchin Tracking Module) to track your performance and see where your traffic comes from. Instead of going to a third-party website, we have included the option of generating your own personalized UTMs on our platform.
UTM source refers to the platform that's been used to share your hackathons page. Ex: Google,facebook, sendy
UTM Medium is the type of source that's been used to reach the hackathon link. Ex: Email, Direct Messages, Whatsapp
To make it even easier for our users, we have added the option to export the data into excel format onto their systems. Only if the Participant has successfully registered, it will accumulate and will reflect in the below table.
