Here you have an overview of the registrants for your hackathon. We have given creators the option to use filters (Column visibility), copy the data to the clipboard and directly export it to excel. When the excel action button is triggered it will automatically download the data form the columns to the local device.

The Team Name shows the name submitted by the participants. If it is a solo participant and they have not chosen a name yet, the system will auto-generate a name and will assign it to them.

The Team lead email and name is the leader of the participating team. He or she will be the primary point of contact. His/her details will be filled in the country and city column.

The member's column shows the number of members of the team. We have a maximum cap of 6 members per team. If we are unable to reach the team lead, we will be connecting to the other members.

The organization, college, school and occupation are information that is submitted by the participants during the predefined questions registration form.

The start-up team section is a boolean question, where if the team is a startup, if they click yes it will show as true and vice versa.

The waiting list contains the number of participants who are waiting to be added to a team. The team leader has the authority to accept a person from the waiting list. H2S will have a track of all the members who have applied to be on the waitlist. If the team leader does not see the waitlist, H2S will get in touch with them for approval.

The problem statement reflects the chosen challenge by each team.

UTM is used as a tracking mechanism. UTM source is the platform that was used to click the hackathon link. ex: Discord, Facebook and LinkedIn. UTM Medium is the source/link through which the participant registered, that is using an Ad/personal message/Direct message/Whatsapp/E-mail.

The Idea parameters, that is Idea Submission Time shows the exact time the team's idea has been submitted. While the Idea submitted shows Yes if it's been submitted or No if it hasn't been submitted.

The Selected column shows Yes or NO if the team has passed through.
