Access Requests/ My Applications

1. My Applications Section:

• This section allows you to track your applications and requests created on the platform in real time.

• You will find the following:

  • My Applications Heading:

    • Shows the "My Applications" section heading.

  • Stay Informed Text:

    • Provides a brief statement about the purpose of this section.

  • Application Buttons:

    • Two buttons are displayed, allowing you to apply for either "Organizer" or "Evaluator" roles.

      • Want to become an Organizer?: Clicking this button will direct you to the Organizer Request Form.

      • Want to become an Evaluator?: Clicking this button will direct you to the Evaluator Request Form.

  • Search Bar:

    • Allows you to search through your applications and requests.

  • Application Table:

    • Displays a table with the following information for each application:

      • Request Type

      • Request Date

      • Last Updated

      • Status

    • If no applications are found, a "No Records Found" message is displayed.

  • Pagination:

    • Allows you to navigate through multiple pages of application records, if applicable.

1. "My Applications" Section Updates:

• After submitting either the Organizer or Evaluator request forms, the "My Applications" section will update to display the new application with the "Pending" status.

• Once your application is approved, the status will change to "Approved" and the relevant "Organizer" or "Evaluator" dashboard will become accessible.
