Request to become an Organzier
Key Highlights
Form Access:
Navigate to the "My Applications" tab.
Click on the "Want to become an Organizer?" button to open the Organizer Request Form.
Form Fields
The form contains the following fields to be filled out:
Personal Details
Full Name: Enter your full name.
Email: Enter your email address.
Mobile: Enter your mobile number (the country code will be pre-selected).
Gender: Select your gender from the dropdown menu.
Date of Birth: Enter your date of birth.
Country, State, City: Enter your location details in the respective fields.
Professional Details
Occupation: Select your occupation from the options given. Available options include:
School Student
College Student
Professional
Startup
Freelance
Company Name: (Optional) Enter your company name, if applicable.
Designation: (Optional) Enter your designation.
Years of Experience: Enter your professional experience in years.
LinkedIn Profile Link: Provide a link to your LinkedIn profile.
Event Details
Community Name: Enter the name of the community you are associated with.
Event Name: Enter the name of the event you plan to organize.
Event Type: Select the type of event from the dropdown menu (e.g., Virtual, Hybrid, or In-Person).
Briefly Describe Your Event: Provide a concise description of the event, its purpose, and objectives.
Tentative Date: Enter the proposed date for your event.
Expected Registration: Enter the estimated number of participants expected to register.
Minimum and Maximum Team Size: Define the minimum and maximum team size allowed for participation in the event.
Have you organized a Hackathon before?: Select "Yes" or "No" using the radio buttons.
