Request to become an Organzier

This form is displayed when you click on the "Want to become an Organizer?" button.

Enter your full name.

Enter your email address.

Enter your mobile number, with the country code selected automatically.
Gender:
Select your gender from the dropdown menu.
Date of Birth:
Enter your date of birth.
Country, State, City:
Enter your location details in respective fields.
Occupation:
Select your occupation from the available options: School Student, College Student, Professional, Startup, Freelance.
Company Name:
If applicable, enter the name of your company.
Designation:
If applicable, enter your designation.
Years of Experience:
Enter the number of years of your experience in your field.
LinkedIn Profile Link:
Enter the link to your LinkedIn profile.
Community Name:
Enter the name of the community you are associated with.
Event Name:
Enter the name of the event you are planning to organize.
Event Type:
Select the type of event from the dropdown menu.
Briefly Describe Your Event:
Provide a brief description of the event you are planning.
Tentative Date:
Enter the tentative date for the event.
Expected Registration:
Enter the expected number of registrations for the event.
Minimum Team Size and Maximum Team Size:
Enter the minimum and maximum allowed team size for the event.
Have you organised a Hackathon before?:
Select "Yes" or "No" from the radio buttons.
Submit Button:
Clicking this button will submit your application.
