  • Date of Birth: Enter your date of birth.

  • Country, State, City: Enter your location details.

  • Occupation: Select your occupation.

  • Company Name: Enter your company name (if applicable).

  • Designation: Enter your designation (if applicable).

  • Years of Experience: Enter your years of experience.

  • LinkedIn Profile Link: Enter your LinkedIn profile link.

  • Community Name: Enter your community name.

  • Skills: Enter your relevant skills.

  • Submit Button: Submit your application.
