Resources are grouped by relevance to different parts of the hackathon:
Problem Statement Support: Background info, context documents, or guides specific to challenges.
Submission Guidelines: Clarifications or examples related to deliverables and file formats.
Form Instructions: Help materials for completing any required forms accurately.
