Set up your event registration form

Configuring Registration Form Appearance and Questions:

  1. Pre-defined Fields:

    • Full Name, Email, Mobile Number, D.O.B., Gender: These fields are mandatory and cannot be disabled.

    • WhatsApp, Country, City, State, Occupation, LinkedIn, GitHub: Optional fields that can be enabled based on your preferences.

  2. Custom Team Form Questions:

    • Add custom questions by specifying the question title, selecting the question type, and providing optional placeholder text and helper text.

    • You can add as many custom questions as needed to gather additional information from registered users.

  3. Terms and Conditions:

    • Utilize the default event terms and conditions provided by Hack2skill or add custom terms and conditions to the registration form.

  4. Customizing Look and Feel:

    • Enhance the appearance of your registration form by adding a header and footer using the rich text editor.

    • You have the flexibility to embed images, gifs, or text-based content to personalize the header and footer.

    • Customize the banner for the registration form to create a visually appealing and cohesive design.

    • Add a notice text to convey important additional information or instructions to participants.
