Your Organizer Dashboard: Where Events Come to Life

Congratulations on gaining access to your dedicated Organizer Dashboard on Vision! Here's a glimpse of what awaits you:

  1. Create Event Button: Front and centre on your dashboard, you'll find the prominent "Create Event" button. Click here to kickstart the process of bringing your event to life.

  2. Event Listings: Below the Create Event button, you'll see a listing of all the events you've created. Stay organized and keep track of your events effortlessly.

  3. Providing Basic Details: To quickly create your event, you'll need to provide some essential details, including:

    • Event Type: Specify if it's a hackathon or another type of event.

    • Logo Upload: Upload a logo that reflects the essence of your event.

    • Custom URL: Choose a unique custom URL of 6 or more characters for your event page.

    • Event Name: Give your event a captivating name that captures attention.

    • Theme Selection: Decide on a theme for your event page - solid or gradient.

    • Event Format: Specify if the event will be held online or offline.

    • Registration Fee: Determine if registration for your event will be free or paid.

    • Event Visibility: Choose the preferred visibility - accessible to everyone or a select few.

  4. Creating Your Event: Once you've provided these details accurately, click on the "Create Event" button. You'll be seamlessly redirected to the no-code website editor for your event page, where you can customize and design your event website to perfection.

  5. Role Switching: Need to switch roles from organizer to innovator? Simply click on the arrow located on the top right corner next to your profile picture. This allows you to seamlessly transition between roles as needed.
