Illustrate the User Journey in the Steps Section
In the Steps section of the event website editor, you can outline the step-by-step journey of a registered user via a flowchart. Here's how to effectively create and present this user journey:
Step Titles: Begin by adding the titles of each step in the user journey. Ensure that the titles are clear and descriptive, guiding users through each stage of their experience.
Attach Hyperlinks: If required, attach hyperlinks to each step title to direct users to relevant pages or resources. This allows users to navigate seamlessly through the event process and access additional information as needed.
Top-Level Overview: Provide a top-level overview of each step required until the conclusion of your event. Briefly describe the purpose and actions involved in each step, ensuring users have a clear understanding of what to expect.
Create Flowchart: Use Vision's built-in tools to create a flowchart that visually represents the user journey. Connect each step with arrows to illustrate the flow of progression from one step to the next.
Apply Changes: After outlining the user journey, click on the "Apply" button to save your changes. The Steps section will be updated on your event page in the preview pane, allowing you to review and ensure the flowchart accurately represents the user journey.
By illustrating the user journey in the Steps section, you provide users with a clear and intuitive roadmap to navigate through your event process. With Vision's event website editor, you can create a visually engaging flowchart that enhances the user experience and guides users towards the successful conclusion of your event.
